4月9日至11日,省教委成教办在余杭市塘栖镇召开了省农村成教工作会议。会上研究和部署了如何加强农村乡镇成校建设和继续做好扫除青壮年剩余文盲的工作,调整了省成教协会农村教育分会的理事班子,商讨了分会1997年的工作。省教委副主任吴聚芳同志到会,就搞好当前农村成人教育工作作了重要讲话。部分市、地县(市)教委成教干部和部分省级示范成校校长近30人出席了会议。会上,省成教办主任张序炎同志对第二批26所省级示范成校的评估工作作了总结。他说,4个评估组通过对7个地区1 5个县市的26所省级示范成校的听、看、查和评议后,认为这26所成校达到了省级示范成校的标准,可见近几年成校发展很快,已进入了一个质的飞跃时期,主要表现在以下四点:1.领导观念转变,对
