课堂教学是培养和发展学生创新精神、创新意识、创新思维和创新能力的主阵地,作为一名小学数学教师,如何在数学教学中培养学生的创新精神?我认为小学生年纪小,思维能力尚不发达,处于提高数学素质的起步阶段,他们刚刚接触数学,究竟怎样才能引导学生喜欢数学,使他们在日常生活中用数学方法解决实际问题、达到课堂教学目的呢?一、利用小学生的年龄特点,联系生活小学生比较好奇、喜欢求知,希望被关注,这些都促其形成一种努力去探究的心理,这种探究心理的形成,对具有好奇心、求知欲重的学生来讲,本身就是一种满足。其过程可以简单地概括为:探究,满足,乐趣,内发性动机产生,这就保证了学生主动地投入到教学活动中去。二、开发小学生的悟性
