能否充分发挥和体现社会组织的主体作用、充分调动市民学习的主动性和积极性,是实现社区教育质的飞跃的关键,也是未来我国社区教育进一步实践与探索的重点。提升治理能力,需要社区教育服务功能的再造。社区教育要实现教育服务的促发,不能满足于现有的工作模式,要跟进社会治理创新的进展,主动融入新的社区工作格局,把社区教育渗透到社会治理的各个方面,成为社会共同服务体系的重要组成部分。
Whether we can give full play to and embody the main role of social organizations and fully mobilize citizens’ initiative and enthusiasm for their studies is the key to achieving a qualitative leap in community education and the key point for further community education in China in the future. To improve the ability of governance, community education services need to be rebuilt. In order to promote the development of education services, community education can not be satisfied with the current working mode. To follow the progress of innovation in social governance, community education should take the initiative to integrate into the new community work style and infiltrate community education into all aspects of social governance and become socially common Service system is an important part.
