作者曾根据优伽(Yoga)练功原理(编者注:类似我国的气功)进行精神-身体放松训练,并以生物反馈仪器强化练功的效果,取得了统计学上显著的降压效果。本文报告作者采用相同年龄和性别者作为对照,以排除其它影响因素。
The author has conducted mental-physical relaxation training according to the principles of Yoga practice (Editor’s Note: similar to our Qigong exercises) and achieved statistically significant antihypertensive effects by using the biofeedback instrument to enhance the practicing effect. This article reports authors using the same age and gender as a control to rule out other influencing factors.
