目的:研究C/EBPβ蛋白在新疆维吾尔族妇女子宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法对38例子宫颈鳞癌组织、28例慢性子宫颈炎组织中C/EBPβ蛋白的表达进行检测。结果:新疆维吾尔族妇女子宫颈鳞癌组织与慢性子宫颈炎C/EBPβ蛋白的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);在不同病理分级的肿瘤组织中C/EBPβ蛋白的表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:C/EBPβ蛋白表达可能与新疆维吾尔族子宫颈鳞癌不同病理分级相关。
Objective: To study the expression of C / EBPβ protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma of Uigur women in Xinjiang and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of C / EBPβ protein in 38 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 28 cases of chronic cervicitis were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: There was no significant difference in the expression of C / EBPβ protein between Uigur women and patients with chronic cervicitis (P> 0.05). The expression of C / EBPβ protein was significantly different in Uygur women with different pathological grades P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of C / EBPβ protein may be related to the different pathological grades of Uigur cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
