减细胞法(Cytoreductive Approach)是Sugarbaker等对腹膜癌病治疗中提出的概念。主要包括下面两部分:①减细胞手术(Cytoreductive Surgery)——以腹膜广泛切除为主要术式以尽量减少瘤荷的方法;②减细胞化疗(Cytoreductive Chemotherapy)——以腹膜腔内术后早期化疗结合辅助化疗和全身化疗的方法。减细胞法主要适用于低恶肿瘤向腹膜或盆腔转移所致腹膜
The Cytoreductive Approach is a concept proposed by Sugarbaker et al. in the treatment of peritoneal cancer. Mainly include the following two parts: 1 Cytoreductive Surgery - extensive resection of the peritoneum as the main surgical method to minimize tumor burden; 2 Cytoreductive Chemotherapy - early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy Combined with adjuvant chemotherapy and systemic chemotherapy. The cytoreductive method is mainly applied to the peritoneum caused by the metastasis of low malignant tumors to the peritoneum or pelvic cavity.
