要使自己成为一名成功的管理者,必须努力做到“12要”: 一、要有坚实的思想基础,即要树立坚定的信念和正确的世界观。二、要有坚强的领导能力,即要成为紧密团结全体成员的火车头。三、要有积极的进取态度和强烈的创新意识,并勇于接受时代的挑战。四、要有广阔的视野,即要深入社会,了解市场,把握企业发展方向。五、要有全局观念和平衡意图,并善于把握工作中的轻重缓急和妥善处理工作中的各种关系、矛盾。六、要有顽强的意志,即要在逆境中自强,于孤独
To make itself a successful manager, efforts must be made to achieve “12 goals.” First, to have a solid ideological foundation, we must establish a firm belief and a correct world outlook.
