为了推动新课改的顺利进行和素质教育的发展,教师在教学过程中要由教转向导,学生由他主学习转向自主学习,即采用“指导—自主学习”的教学理念。为了研究这种理念在教学过程中的优越性,对宁波某小学在“指导—自主学习”教学模式理念下展开的数学课堂教学现状进行调查,分析了该教学方式的优缺点,为其他教育工作者运用该理念提供一些合理的建议。
In order to promote the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform and the development of quality education, teachers should change from teaching to steering during the teaching process. Students should change from his master study to independent study, that is, adopt the teaching concept of “guiding - self-learning ”. In order to study the superiority of this concept in the teaching process, this paper investigates the status quo of mathematics classroom teaching conducted by a primary school in Ningbo under the guidance of the teaching mode of “Guidance-Autonomous Learning”, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching mode, Educators use the concept to provide some reasonable advice.
