作者应用驴胶补血冲剂治疗观察气血两虚型缺铁性贫血和慢性疲乏症各３０例，结果表明，本品对气血两虚证候总显效率为５５％，总有效率为９５％；对缺铁性贫血与慢性疲乏症的总显效率与总有效率分别为４０％、９０％和６３．３％、９３．３％。说明本品能显著地改善气血两虚证和具有此证的上述两病的临床症状，提高缺铁性贫血患者的血色素、血清铁，降低总铁结合力；并对慢性疲乏症患者免疫功能有一定程度的提高。
The author used donkey gel and blood granules to observe 30 cases of iron deficiency anemia and chronic fatigue caused by deficiency of both blood and blood. The results showed that the total effective rate of this syndrome was 55% for qi and blood deficiency syndrome, and the total effective rate was 95%. The total effective rate and total effective rate for iron deficiency anemia and chronic fatigue were 40%, 90%, 63.3%, and 93.3%, respectively. This product can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the two diseases mentioned above with deficiency of both blood and blood, improve hemoglobin and serum iron in patients with iron deficiency anemia, and reduce total iron binding capacity; and immune function in patients with chronic fatigue. There is a certain degree of improvement.
