针对掘进机横截工况下履带架驱动处焊接残余应力对疲劳断裂的影响,建立了掘进机横截时系统的力学模型,采用Matlab汇编语言计算出不同横截角下履带架所受侧向力;应用有限元方法,模拟了履带架驱动处焊接残余应力的分布规律。基于以上分析,并结合等效结构应力法对不同横截角下驱动处疲劳寿命进行了分析比较。结果表明当横截角为5°时,履带架所受侧向载荷最小,驱动处焊缝的疲劳寿命最大。 Aiming at the effect of welding residual stresses on the fatigue fracture caused by crawler frame drive at cross-cutting working condition of boring machine, a mechanical model of cross-cutting system of boring machine is established, and the lateral direction of the crawler frame under different cross-sectional angles is calculated by Matlab assembly language The finite element method was used to simulate the distribution of welding residual stresses at the driving of track frame. Based on the above analysis, combined with the equivalent structure stress method, the fatigue life at the driving place under different cross-sectional angles is analyzed and compared. The results show that when the cross-sectional angle is 5 °, the lateral load on the track frame is the smallest, and the fatigue life of the weld at the drive position is the largest.
