目的 :探讨威草胶囊对尿酸性肾病大鼠模型的治疗效果及其可能作用机理。方法 :用腺嘌呤加沙丁鱼造模 ,并将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型空白组、小剂量威草胶囊治疗组、大剂量威草胶囊治疗组、别嘌呤醇治疗组 ,在造模的同时 ,分别给予以上述药物灌胃 ,在实验前及实验后测定大鼠的血尿酸 (UA)、尿素氮 (BUN)、血肌酐 (Scr)、黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XOD)、尿尿酸、内生肌酐清除率 (Ccr)、2 4h蛋白尿、肾指数及肾脏病理组织检查。结果 :4周后威草胶囊明显改善模型大鼠的一般症状 ,与模型组大鼠相比 ,治疗组大鼠的血尿酸明显减少 ,尿尿酸明显增多 ,肾功能改善 ,黄嘌呤氧化酶活性下降 ,肾指数下降 ,纤维化程度减轻 ,肾组织内尿酸盐沉积物减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :威草胶囊对尿酸性肾病大鼠有明显的治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and its possible mechanism of Weicao capsule in rat model of uric acid nephropathy. METHODS: Adenine and sardines were used to model rats, and the rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, small dose Weicao capsule treatment group, large dose Weicao capsule treatment group, and allopurinol treatment group. At the same time, the rats were given intragastric administration of the above-mentioned drugs, and blood uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), xanthine oxidase (XOD), uric acid, and urine were measured before and after the experiment. Creatinine clearance (Ccr), 24h proteinuria, kidney index, and renal histopathology. RESULTS: After 4 weeks, Weicao Capsule significantly improved the general symptoms of the model rats. Compared with the model group, the rats in the treatment group had significantly lower blood uric acid, significantly increased uric acid, improved renal function, and decreased xanthine oxidase activity. The index decreased, the degree of fibrosis decreased, and the amount of urate in the renal tissue decreased (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Weicao capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on uric acid nephropathy rats.
