目的 :初步探讨 、 期乳腺癌切除范围及 VEGF、nm2 3- H1在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达。方法 :应用免疫组化方法对 32例乳腺癌及癌旁组织中 VEGF和 nm 2 3- H1表达进行测定并同时测定乳腺癌组织的浸润距离。结果 :32例乳腺癌肿瘤组织 VEGF的过表达率为 2 0 / 32 (6 2 .5 % ) ,nm2 3- H1的低表达率为 14/ 32 (43.8% ) ,而在距肿瘤 2 cm的癌旁组织中 ,6例癌变组织 VEGF的过表达率为 3/ 6 ,nm 2 3- H1的低表达率为 2 / 6 ,5例不典型增生组织及 2 1例正常组织中 VEGF及 nm2 3- H1均为正常表达。31例肿瘤浸润在 2 .5 cm以内。结论 :乳腺癌浸润绝大多数局限在 2 .5 cm之内 ,VEGF过表达或 nm 2 3- H1低表达者仅在肿瘤组织中 ,不典型增生及正常组织均不表达。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the extent of resection and the expression of VEGF and nm23-1H in breast cancer and paracancerous tissues. Methods: The expression of VEGF and nm 2 3-H1 in 32 cases of breast cancer and its adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and the infiltration distance of breast cancer was also determined. Results: The overexpression rate of VEGF was 32/62 (62.5%) in 32 cases of breast cancer and 14/32 (43.8%) in nm2 3- In the paracancer tissues, the overexpression rate of VEGF was 3/6 in 6 cases of cancerous tissues, 2/6 in nm 2 3- H1, 5 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 21 cases of normal tissues - H1 are normal expression. 31 cases of tumor infiltration within 2.5 cm. Conclusion: The vast majority of breast cancer infiltration is confined within 2.5 cm. VEGF overexpression or low expression of nm 2 3-H1 in tumor tissues only, atypical hyperplasia and normal tissues are not expressed.
