模拟开关是现代自动检测和自动控制系统中的一个基本环节。它的作用是传输模拟量。对它的要求有精度、速度、抗干扰性及寿命等等。随着科学技术的发展,对它的要求愈来愈高,原有的模拟开关形式,由于存在这样或那样的缺点,已不能满足要求。在近来研制的一个由计算机控制的数据采集系统中,对输入电平范围宽、要求低电平高精度、高抗干扰性的放大器交量程模拟开关,采用了一种光电耦合-MOS场效应管型的模拟开关形式,实验和使用效果均为良好。通过实践和分析比较,感到这是一种比较理想的模拟开关形式,为解决科学实验、生产实践对模拟开关的高性能要求提供了一条途径。本文首先通过变量程模拟开关的例子,介绍了这种开关形式的原理、电路以及设计和施工中的几个问题。然后对这种模拟开关的电路形式进行了讨论。
Analog switch is a modern automatic detection and automatic control system in a basic part. Its role is to transmit analog. Its requirements are precision, speed, anti-jamming and life and so on. With the development of science and technology, the demand for it is getting higher and higher. The original form of analog switch can not meet the requirements because of the shortcomings of one kind or another. In a recently developed computer-controlled data acquisition system, a wide range of input voltage range, requiring low-level high-precision, high anti-jamming amplifier cross range analog switch, using a photoelectric coupling -MOSFET Type of analog switch form, experiment and use of results are good. Through practice and analysis, I feel that this is an ideal form of analog switch, which provides a way to solve the high performance requirements of analog switch in scientific experiment and production practice. In this paper, firstly, the principle, circuit, design and construction of this kind of switch are introduced through the example of analog switch with variable range. Then the circuit form of this analog switch is discussed.
