以滑菇为试材,探讨不同种类维生素对滑菇固体培养的影响,将滑菇一级种分别接种在含有维生素B1(VB1)、维生素B2(VB2)和维生素B12(VB12)的固体平板上,以菌丝平均日长速为考察指标,通过单因素试验确定每种维生素促进滑菇固体生长的最佳浓度,再通过正交实验确定其最佳组合。结果表明:适当浓度的VB1、VB2、VB12均能促进滑菇菌丝的生长,培养滑菇固体生长的最佳方案是VB10.13μg/mL、VB120.05μg/mL、VB20.10μg/mL。
The effects of different kinds of vitamins on the solid culture of Radix et Rhizoma were studied by taking Radix Aspergillum as test material and the first grade of Radix asparagus was inoculated on the solid plate containing Vitamin B1 (VB1), Vitamin B2 (VB2) and Vitamin B12 (VB12) , The average daily rate of mycelium as an index to determine the optimum concentration of each vitamin promoting the growth of Gymnocypris fungus by single factor test to determine the best combination of orthogonal experiment. The results showed that proper concentrations of VB1, VB2 and VB12 could all promote the growth of S. sclerotiorum. The best method to culture Solidago canadensis was VB10.13μg / mL, VB120.05μg / mL and VB20.10μg / mL.
