1986年10月15日—20日由高丘地区经委、劳动人事局,煤化局、卫生局、总工会、公安处组成联合检查团。对辖区内的八县一市工厂进行了安全卫生抽样检查。通过检查发现隐患35处,个别工厂有隐患5处之多。特别在防火、防盗、防尘、防毒等劳动卫生与劳动保护方面开展不够平衡,有不少薄弱环节。对某棉花加工厂检查了10个消防器材,结果6个已失效。检查团的同志当即指出了不安全的危害,并限期改进。
