背景:紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法(ultravioletbloodirradiationandoxygenation,UBIO)促进了急性脑梗死患者神经功能的修复,但对其作用机制仍有待进一步研究。目的:探讨UBIO对急性脑梗死患者红细胞膜泵功能的影响。设计:随机对照的实验研究。单位:襄樊市中心医院神经内科。对象:2000-01/2001-12襄樊市中心医院神经内科住院的急性脑梗死患者58例。将58例急性脑梗死患者随机分成2组,UBIO治疗组和常规治疗组。方法:在治疗前、治疗1次后、治疗3次后、疗程结束后(第14天)动态观察两组脑梗死患者红细胞膜K+-Na+ATPase和Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase活力的变化。主要观察指标:①两组患者红细胞膜K+-Na+ATPase和Ca2+-Mg2+AT-Pase活力动态变化。②神经功能评分。结果:治疗前UBIO治疗组和对照组红细胞膜K+-Na+ATPase活力为63.61±49.77和65.43±39.54,治疗1次后UBIO治疗组和对照组红细胞膜K+-Na+ATPase活力为113.61±69.31,69.52±42.75,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗3次后,仍然明显高于治疗前,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),在疗程结束后K+-Na+ATPase活力绝对值仍然比治疗前高,两组比较差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。UBIO治疗组患者的红细胞膜Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase活力在治疗第1次后即明显增加,直到疗程结束后仍然
BACKGROUND: UVB-UBIO promotes neurological repair in patients with acute cerebral infarction. However, its mechanism of action remains to be further studied. Objective: To investigate the effect of UBIO on erythrocyte membrane pump function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Design: Randomized controlled experimental study. Unit: Xiangfan Central Hospital Department of Neurology. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 58 acute cerebral infarction patients hospitalized in Department of Neurology, Xiangfan Central Hospital from January 2000 to December 2001. 58 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, UBIO treatment group and conventional treatment group. Methods: The changes of K + -Na + ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in two groups of cerebral infarction were observed dynamically before treatment, once after treatment, three times after treatment and on the 14th day after treatment. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① The dynamic changes of erythrocyte membrane K + -Na + ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + AT-Pase in both groups were observed. ② neurological score. Results: The K + -Na + ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in UBIO treated group and control group before treatment was 63.61 ± 49.77 and 65.43 ± 39.54, respectively. The activity of K + -Na + ATPase in UBIO treated group and control group after treatment was 113.61 ± 69.31, 69.52 ± 42.75, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). After 3 times of treatment, the difference between the two groups was still significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05) The absolute value of -Na + ATPase activity was still higher than that before treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The activity of Ca2 + -Mg2 + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane in UBIO treatment group increased significantly after the first treatment, and remained unchanged after the treatment
