学生学习的有效性首先体现在学生是否积极主动地参与体验学习过程;教师教学的有效性首先体现在能否调动全体学生的学习积极性,促进学生对知识的内敛与转化。高效课堂之于教师,就是教学理念和方式的改革。教师应从角色、观念上转变,更要扎实做好课前、课中等方面工作。在数学教学中,要激发学生学习兴趣,把握学生认知水平,引导学生主动参与,巧妙突破教学难点,精心设计练习,从而获得课堂教学的真正实效。
The effectiveness of student learning is first reflected in whether students take the initiative to participate in the process of experiential learning. The effectiveness of teacher teaching is firstly reflected in whether it can arouse the enthusiasm of all students and promote students’ restraint and transformation of knowledge. Efficient classroom for teachers, that is, teaching ideas and methods of reform. Teachers should change their roles and concepts, and they should do a good job in the pre-class and middle-class work. In mathematics teaching, we should stimulate students ’interest in learning, grasp the level of students’ cognition, guide students to take the initiative to participate in, cleverly break through teaching difficulties and elaborately design exercises, so as to obtain the real effect of classroom teaching.
