第十三届国际真空科学与工程应用学术会议,将于2017年8月13~16日在沈阳东北大学隆重召开。其前身为国际真空冶金与表面工程学术会议,是真空科技领域的重要系列学术会议,由中国真空学会真空冶金专业委员会、真空工程专业委员会、真空咨询工作委员会、真空技术与物理重点实验室联合主办,每两年召开一次,参会代表覆盖多个国家和地区,在国内外真空科技学术领域和工程领域具有较高的学术水平和广泛的影响力。2007~2015年召开的多届国际真空冶金与表面工程学术会议,主办单位多次与出版社联合出版了论文集。
The 13th International Conference on Vacuum Science and Engineering Applications will be held in Shenyang Northeast University from August 13 to August 16, 2017. Its predecessor is the International Conference on Vacuum Metallurgy and Surface Engineering, which is an important series of academic conferences in the field of vacuum science and technology. It is jointly organized by the Vacuum Metallurgy Professional Committee of China Vacuum Association, Vacuum Engineering Committee, Vacuum Advisory Committee, Key Laboratory of Vacuum Technology and Physics , Held every two years, the participants covered a number of countries and regions, in the field of vacuum technology and engineering at home and abroad with high academic standards and wide range of influence. From 2007 to 2015, many sessions of the International Conference on Vacuum Metallurgy and Surface Engineering were held. The organizers jointly published several essays with publishers.
