随着我国市场经济发展进程向前推进和科学技术取得长足的进步,国家有关部门对于建筑工程质量问题越发的重视了,工程质量是和国家人民的生命财产安全之间有着较为密切的相互关系的,从直接的层面上对国民经济的发展和社会的安定造成一定程度的影响,就现阶段我国建筑领域中房屋建筑管理的实际情况来看,存在着的问题是比较多的,使得整体管理水平较为低下,没有办法对建筑工程项目向着规范化、合理化、标准化的方向转变做出保证。笔者依据实际工作经验一建筑工程不同的管理方向作为出发点,具有针对性的研究了建筑工程市场管理中存在的问题,并以此为基础提出了解决方法,希望能够在今后遇到同类问题的时候起到一定程度的促进性作用,从而在我国经济发展进程向前推进的过程中起到一定程度的促进性作用。
