受国家环境保护法规的影响,透水连锁混凝土路面砖(PICP)在北美地区正快速增长。随着市政设计和管理部门贯彻“可持续发展”的理念,例如降低对环境影响(英文缩写:LID)的意识,使他们开始接受透水性路面的工程方案。2006年,连锁混凝土路面砖学会(ICPI)对《透水连锁混凝土路面砖(PICP)行业导则》进行修订改版。该《导则》综合地论述了透水混凝土路面砖路面的设计、技术要求、施工工法和日常维护。作为北美地区一种全新的雨水管控技术,PICP的设计师和路面用户要求制定一项行业专业教育培训计划,以帮助他们能找到具有铺装资格的工程承包商。作为对此项市场要求的回应,ICPI正在为PICP路面铺设的工程施工承包商,编写一门用于PICP施工资质培训的认证课程,以满足需要;并且提高PICP的知名度和应用技术适用性。本文介绍正在制定中该项资质培训课程的概要。
Affected by national environmental regulations, permeable interlocking concrete pavers (PICPs) are rapidly growing in North America. As municipal design and management implement the concept of “sustainable development”, such as reducing awareness of environmental impacts (LIDs), they are beginning to embrace water-permeable pavement engineering solutions. In 2006, the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) revised and revised the “Guiding Principles of Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavement Bricks (PICP)”. The Guidelines comprehensively discusses the design, technical requirements, construction methods and routine maintenance of pervious concrete pavement pavement. As a new stormwater management technology in North America, PICP designers and road users are required to develop an industry-specific education and training program to help them find engineering contractors with paving qualifications. In response to this market demand, ICPI is preparing a PICC pavement construction contractor to prepare a certification program for PICP construction qualification training to meet the needs; and improving PICP’s visibility and application technical applicability. This article presents an outline of the qualification training course being developed.
