一年一度的铁道部电务运营系统优秀及先进质量管理小组的评审工作 ,于 2 0 0 2年6月在成都进行。专家评审组对选送的 3 7项 QC成果进行评审 ,共评出柳州电务段机车信号检修工区 QC小组等 2 1个小组 ,为铁道部优秀质量管理小组 ;上海电务段自动化基础设备QC小组等 1 6个小组 ,为铁道部先进质量管理小组。推荐柳州电务段机车信号检修工区 QC小组和成都电务处、电液转辙机维修中心联合 QC小组参加国家优秀质量小组的评选。为配合此项工作 ,我刊继续开辟“全面质量管理”专栏 ,对优秀成果给予详细及重点的介绍 ,并请有关人员对 QC小组活动发表见解 ,为推动 QC小组活动健康有序地开展做一份贡献。
The annual review of the excellent and advanced quality management team of the Ministry of Railways electric operation system was conducted in Chengdu in June 2002. The expert review team reviewed 37 selected QC results and evaluated a total of 21 teams such as QC Team of Locomotive Signal Maintenance Works in Liuzhou Railway Station for the excellent quality management team of the Ministry of Railways; QC team of Shanghai Infrastructure Basic Equipment 16 groups such as the Ministry of Railways advanced quality management team. Recommended Liuzhou Department of motorcycle signal repair work area QC team and Chengdu Department of Electrical Services, Electro-hydraulic point machine repair center joint QC team to participate in the selection of national excellent quality team. To tie in with this work, I continue to open the magazine “total quality management” column, give a detailed and focused on the outstanding achievements of the presentation, and asked the staff to express their opinions on the QC group activities, to promote the QC group activities to do a healthy and orderly Contributions.
