本文报道了200例正常儿童血清 EB 病毒壳抗原免疫球蛋白 A(VCA-IgA)和早期抗原 IgA(EA-IgA)抗体检测结果。VCA-IgA 抗体阳性率为18.5%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为2.95;EA-IgA 抗体阳性率为1.0%,GMT 为2.53。与11例治疗前儿童鼻咽癌比较,差异均非常显著(P<0.001)。鼻咽癌组 VCA-IgA 抗体阳性率为81.8%,GMT 为8.28,EA-IgA 抗体阳性率为72.7%,GMT 为6.85。由于VCA-IgA 抗体在正常儿童中阳性率也较高,故只有将 VCA-IgA 和 EA-IgA 两抗体结合起来,对诊断儿童鼻咽癌才有更可靠的价值。
This article reports the detection results of serum Epstein-Barr virus envelope antigen immunoglobulin A (VCA-IgA) and early antigen IgA (EA-IgA) antibodies in 200 normal children. The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody was 18.5% and the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 2.95. The positive rate of EA-IgA antibody was 1.0% and the GMT was 2.53. Compared with the 11 children with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.001). The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group was 81.8%, the GMT was 8.28, the positive rate of EA-IgA antibody was 72.7% and the GMT was 6.85. Because of the high positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody in normal children, only the combination of VCA-IgA and EA-IgA two antibodies can have a more reliable value for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in children.
