我们用 ELISA 检查了43例急、慢性前、全葡萄膜炎患者血清中抗 S-Ag 抗体,并以32例健康人作为对照组。结果发现全葡萄膜炎患者组抗 S-Ag 抗体滴度与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);而前葡萄膜炎患者组抗 S-Ag 抗体滴度明显低于健康人(0.01 0.05), while the titer of anti-S-Ag antibody in patients with anterior uveitis was significantly lower than that in healthy people P <0.05), suggesting that there is a natural anti-S-Ag antibody in the serum of healthy people, and the discussion of “the relationship between anti-S-Ag antibody and uveitis” indicates that natural anti-S-Ag antibody may have a protective effect on the body .
