目的:研究短柄乌头地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、氧化铝、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从东川产短柄乌头地上部分分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:secokaraconitine(1)、brachyaconitine A(2)、brachyaconitine C(3)、塔拉地萨敏(4)、次乌头碱(5)、宋果灵(6)、雪上一支蒿甲素(7)、7-酮基-谷甾酮(8)、羽扇豆醇(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物地上部分中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of aerial parts of Aconitum Methods: Silica gel, alumina and Sephadex LH-20 were used for separation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the spectral data. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Aconitum deliciosa in Dongchuan, and were identified as secokaraconitine (1), brachyaconitine A (2), brachyaconitine C (3), taradexamin (4) (5), Song Guoling (6), snow aphid (7), 7-keto-sitosterone (8), lupeol (9), β-sitosterol (10), daucosterol (11). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from the aerial part of the plant for the first time.
