企业从“计划”体制走向市场,是一场经济体制革命.社会发展历史证明,重大的社会政治、经济变革,都伴随着观念的变革.观念是意识形态范畴的,实质上就是人们对客观事物的认识.我们现在讲“转变观念”是有特定含义的,主要是指我们的思想要从长期计划经济影响下产生的、形成的习以为常的看法,转变到社会主义市场经济条件下的新观点、新思维.当前,我们“转变观念”的重点是:
