集成电路产业的战略发展机遇 信息化、网络化和知识化已成为当今全球经济发展的新趋势，集成电路产业作为这一趋势中的中坚力量，业已占据越来越重要的地位。计算机、通信及消费电子业已经成为全球集成电路市场的主要驱动力，而以集成电路技术作为支撑的微电子产业在最近30年保持了超过15％的年平均发展速度，全球销售额高达2，000亿美元。预计在2007年左右，微电子产业的产值将超过钢铁工业，成为世界第一大产业。近几年来，集成电路产品的性能更以惊人的速度提升，其在世界范围内的发展潜力以及带来的广阔市场均令人侧目。
The Strategic Development Opportunities of the Integrated Circuit Industry Informatization, networking and knowledge have become the new trends in the global economic development. As the backbone of this trend, the integrated circuit industry has occupied an increasingly important position. The computer, communications and consumer electronics industries have become the main drivers of the global IC market, while the microelectronics industry, backed by integrated circuit technology, has maintained an average annual growth rate of over 15% in the last 30 years with global sales of up to 2% 000 billion U.S. dollars. It is estimated that in 2007, the output value of the microelectronics industry will exceed that of the steel industry and become the largest industry in the world. In recent years, the performance of integrated circuit products has increased at an alarming rate. Its potential for development in the world as well as the vast market brought by it all are striking.
