目的探讨情境体验式健康教育联合心理辅导在肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2014年6月住院治疗的80例肝癌患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者使用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用情境体验式健康教育联合心理辅导模式。比较两组患者肝脏原发病灶变化情况、抑郁状况评分、健康状况和家属满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者的肿瘤原发病灶好转率、稳定率高于对照组,恶化率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康状况明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情境体验式健康教育联合心理辅导能够促进疾病康复并缓解抑郁情绪,有利于患者的身心健康。
Objective To explore the effect of situational experiential health education combined with psychological counseling in patients with liver cancer. Methods Eighty patients with HCC admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing model, Experiential health education combined with psychological counseling. The changes of liver primary lesion, depression score, health status and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the improvement rate and stability rate of the primary tumor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SDS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The health status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Situational experiential health education combined with psychological counseling can promote disease recovery and relieve depression, which is good for patients’ physical and mental health.
