截至2011年8月3日,中国石化普光气田累计生产酸性天然气突破100×108m3,达到100.2×108m3。普光气田是国家十一五重点工程——川气东送工程的主气源地,也是目前国内发现的规模最大的海相整装气田。普光气田主体部署38口开发井。除4口井因汶川大地震造成套管变形未投产外,已投产34口井,平均日产气量为2300×104m3/d,平均单井日产气量达67.6×104m3/d,是目前国内平均单井产量最高的气田。
