用薄层层析法对安徽宣城、芜湖等5个地区150份小麦进行了镰刀菌毒素脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和玉米赤霉烯酮的分布研究。脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的阳性率和平均含量为52.7%和337ppb。最高达4000ppb。地区间阳性率和平均含量有明显差异。小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的分布规律与安徽省小麦赤霉病的流行规律相一致。117份小麦中玉米赤霉烯酮的阳性率为30.8%,平均含量24ppb,地区间未见明显差别。小麦中赤霉病麦率平均为0.49%,地区间也有明显差异。经相关分析小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量与赤霉病麦率之间有高度相关。
The distribution of Fusarium toxin deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in 150 wheat cultivars in Xuancheng and Wuhu of Anhui Province was studied by TLC. The positive rates and average contents of deoxynivalenol were 52.7% and 337 ppb. Up to 4000ppb. Interregional positive rate and the average content of significant differences. The distribution of deoxynivalenol in wheat is consistent with the prevalence of wheat scab in Anhui Province. The positive rate of zearalenone in 117 wheat cultivars was 30.8% with an average content of 24ppb, with no significant difference among the regions. Wheat ear blight wheat average rate of 0.49%, there are significant differences between regions. Correlation analysis between wheat deoxynivalenol content and wheat head blight rate is highly correlated.
