繁荣电视文艺,离不开强有力的行政杠杆、组织推动和制度保障。“十三五”战略机遇期,电视文艺应继续坚持先进文化前进方向,依靠广大电视工作者,以创新为动力,以创作优秀作品为核心,全面践行“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”发展理念,合力打造电视文艺创新力量矩阵,把牢正确方向,校准精神坐标,提升价值引导力。本文认为,要建立健全科学的创作机制,提高生产组织力。大力构建渠道和平台,提振作品传播力;优化人才成长、佳作频传的生态环境,增强生产执行力,用现实主义精神和浪漫主义情怀滋润荧屏,创作出更多有筋骨、有温度、有品位的优秀作品。
