Got high blood pressure, many people will ask, is not a lifetime to take medicine. The answer is yes, through the drug and daily diet exercise, good control of blood pressure is currently the most effective way to prevent and treat high blood pressure complications. At the same time, however, we also find that psychological stress caused by taking medication for a long time is indeed not small. With the release of many foreign hypertensive guidelines in 2013, we selected the 2014 controversial Hypertension Treatment Guideline (JNC8) in China. In the interview with the more controversial point of view, we consulted the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University Hospital (Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital) Internal Medicine Cardiovascular Professor Huang Jun.
