３３例异位妊娠误诊为宫内孕而行人工流产术。年龄２０～３８岁，人流术后一周内得以明确诊断１７例，７～１５天明确诊断１０例。３３例均经手术及病检证实。认为人流术前提高对异位妊娠的警惕，术后仔细检查宫腔刮出的组织物是防止和减少误诊的关键。
33 cases of ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy and artificial abortion. Aged 20 to 38 years old, abortion within a week to confirm the diagnosis of 17 cases, 7 to 15 days a clear diagnosis of 10 cases. 33 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathological examination. That preoperative abortion increased vigilance on ectopic pregnancy, uterine cavity scrape the tissue after careful examination to prevent and reduce the key to misdiagnosis.
