目的探讨雌激素受体相关受体(ERR)α、β、γ各亚型在胃腺癌细胞系SGC-7901及高转移株OCUM-2MD3中的表达情况。方法采用RT-PCR法定性检测ERRs家族各亚型的mRNA表达,采用Western blot蛋白印迹检测ERR各亚型的表达。结果ERRα在SGC-7901低表达、在OCUM-2MD3高表达;ERRβ基本无变化;ERRγ在SGC-7901高表达、在OCUM-2MD3低表达。结论在不同类型的胃腺癌细胞株中,ERRα和ERRγ表达方式不同,提示用ERRα/ERRγ比值的改变显示胃腺癌转移有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor-related receptor (ERR) α, β and γ in gastric adenocarcinoma cell line SGC-7901 and highly metastatic OCUM-2MD3 cells. Methods The mRNA expression of each subtypes of ERRs family was detected by RT-PCR. The expression of ERR subtypes was detected by Western blot. Results ERRα was lowly expressed in SGC-7901, highly expressed in OCUM-2MD3; ERRβ was almost unchanged; ERRγ was highly expressed in SGC-7901 and low in OCUM-2MD3. Conclusions The expressions of ERRα and ERRγ are different in different types of gastric adenocarcinoma cell lines, suggesting that the alteration of ERRα / ERRγ ratio may have some clinical significance in the metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
