上海缪斯小学是一所特色鲜明的民办学校,由于实施一项校本课程开发计划,校方与家长发生了争议。本文通过对这次争议的调查和理性分析,发现冲突的背后是家长、学校及教育行政部门课程意识的觉醒,而在对话基础上所形成的一致中,则蕴含着课程权力的分配。缪斯小学校本课程开发的实践表明,校本课程开发中各利益团体间的冲突与对话,是校本课程开发实践的有效张力,适当保持这种张力,有利于提升校本课程开发的实践理性,实现课程自身品质的螺旋上升。
Shanghai Muse Muse School is a distinctive distinctive private school. Due to the implementation of a school-based curriculum development program, schools and parents have been controversial. Through the investigation and rational analysis of this controversy, we find that behind the conflict is the awakening of the curriculum awareness of parents, schools and educational administration departments, and the consensus formed on the basis of dialogue contains the distribution of curriculum power. The practice of Muse school-based school-based curriculum development shows that the conflicts and dialogues among various interest groups in the development of school-based curriculum are the effective tension in the development of school-based curriculum. Properly maintaining this tension is conducive to enhancing the practical rationality of school-based curriculum development and realizing the curriculum Spiral of its own quality rises.
