在社会经济迅猛发展的新时期,我国高等教育的改革进程也在不断深入。大学生党建工作是改革开放以来我国高等教育的重要建设内容,在新形势下,传统的党建工作已无法满足现代化高校建设的迫切需要,大学生党建工作理念与机制也面临着新的考验。只有高校切实认识到当前大学生党建工作理念与机制创新的意义和必要性,才能细化高校管理工作真正迎合时代发展的浪潮,以教育创新推动高校大学生党的建设质量,进而为和谐社会高素质人才的培养奠基。本文将以此为出发点,浅谈大学生党建工作的理念创新与机制创新之策。
