目的:柴苓汤在临床上被作为系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)等胶原病的类固醇制剂和免疫抑制剂减量、停药时的辅助治疗药,本次研究了柴苓汤治疗系统性红斑狼疮等胶原病的作用机理。 方法:①实验动物:MRL/lpr小鼠(SLE肾病和皮肤病模型)和C57BL/6slc小鼠(正常对照),均为雌性,在无特殊病原体(SPF)的条件下饲育。②实验药物:应用津村株式会社生产的柴苓汤,每1kg普通固体饲料中含有7.2g柴苓汤提取物,动物每日进食柴苓汤1.8/kg体重。将未出现自身免疫症状的满2月龄MRL/lpr小鼠分为柴苓汤3月组、4月组(分别进食柴
OBJECTIVE: Chaiqin Decoction is clinically used as a steroid preparation for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and other steroids and immunosuppressants to reduce the dose and to use as an adjunct to stop the drug. This study investigated Chaiqin Decoction in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. The mechanism of action such as collagen disease. Methods: 1 Experimental animals: MRL/lpr mice (SLE nephropathy and dermatosis models) and C57BL/6slc mice (normal controls), all female, were reared under conditions without specific pathogens (SPF). 2Experimental drugs: The Shiba-myeon decoction produced by Tsumura Co., Ltd. was used. Each 1 kg of normal solid diet contained 7.2 g of firewood soup extract, and the animals were fed with daily firewood soup 1.8/kg body weight. Two-month-old MRL/lpr mice that did not show autoimmune symptoms were divided into the March group and the April group, respectively.
