本文叙述了固体润滑在日本的发展概况。文中分“各种固体润滑材料的发展动向”、“固体润滑材料在各种条件下的应用”、“摩擦与磨损的测试技术”、“固体润滑的基础研究和应用基础研究”等四个方面作了简要的介绍。作者认为,日本当前的固体润滑的研究是侧重于利用近代技术来研究其摩擦磨损规律,以逐步掌握其结构与性能的关系;同时注意采用新工艺及发展新型固体润滑材料来解决特殊工况下的润滑问题;而且十分注意固体润滑材料的生产和推广应用。固体润滑在日本的各个方面,从军用到民用、尖端到常规、重型机械到精密仪器都起到了重要的作用。
This article describes the development of solid lubricant in Japan.
