田径运动是一项身体能耗比较大的运动,运动员在参加该运动的过程中,体能的消耗程度与所做运动的剧烈程度有关。由于人们身体本身具有自动恢复体能的功能,所以在消耗体能的同时身体本身也在恢复体能。所以要增加学生对放松方法的学习,适时开展恢复体能的训练,改变体质,提高体能恢复的速度。本文就如何通过恢复性训练应用在中学田径运动员培养上进行探讨,为寻找中学田径训练教学方法,提升训练水平做一些有益的实践工
Track and field sports are relatively energy-intensive sports. The athlete’s participation in the sport is related to the intensity of physical exertion. Because people’s body has the function of automatically recovering physical energy, the body itself is also recovering physical energy while consuming physical energy. Therefore, we should increase the students’ learning methods of relaxation, timely training to resume physical fitness, change physical fitness and improve the speed of physical recovery. This article discusses how to train the track and field athletes in secondary schools through the application of restorative training, and does some useful practical work to find the middle school track and field training teaching methods and enhance the training level
