设计了一种离心工艺制作的内衬水泥砂浆铸铁管试件,采用流动的6M氯化铵溶液对水泥砂浆进行加速溶蚀试验,并利用压汞(MIP)和X射线断层扫描(Xray-CT)方法分析了水泥砂浆孔结构的变化,结果表明,加速溶蚀过程中内衬水泥砂浆孔结构变化明显,溶蚀150天时的内衬净浆层孔隙率从溶蚀前的9.6%增加至35.5%,最可几孔径从17.1 nm增加到26.3 nm,并有少量危害孔(单孔体积大于4×10-6 mm3)出现;溶蚀450天时的内衬净浆层孔隙率达到61.54%,并出现大量危害孔,而砂浆层孔隙率和危害孔的数量随溶蚀时间的增加而增加。
A kind of centrifugal cementing cast iron pipe specimen was designed. Accelerated erosion test of cement mortar was carried out by flowing 6M ammonium chloride solution. The results showed that the pore structure of cement mortar lined obviously during the accelerated dissolution process. The porosity of lining plaster increased from 9.6% before dissolution to 35.5% The diameters of several pores increased from 17.1 nm to 26.3 nm with a few pores (the volume of single pores was larger than 4 × 10-6 mm3). The porosity of the liner was up to 61.54% after 450 days dissolution, The mortar layer porosity and the number of damage holes increased with the increase of erosion time.
