采用随机公开交叉试验比较沙丁胺醇控释片（Ｖｏｌｍａｘ）和茶碱缓释片（Ｔｈｅｅｄｕｒ）对２９例支气管哮喘患者的作用及副作用。结果：Ｖｏｆｍａｘ及Ｔｈｅｅｄｕｒ均能显著改善，哮喘患者的肺通气功能（ＦＶＣ，ＦＥＶ１，ＰＥＦ），降低２４ｈＰＥＦＲ，两组比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗期间二组之晨、夜ＰＥＦＲ，症状计分，无症状天数及气雾剂用量亦无显著差异。而Ｖｏｌｍａｘ的副反应远较Ｔｈｅｅｄｕｒ少而轻，且无需测定血药浓度，更易被患者接受，因此临床治疗中沙丁胺醇控释片更具优越性。
A randomized open crossover study was conducted to compare the effects and side effects of Volmax and Theedur on 29 patients with bronchial asthma. Results: Both Vofmax and Theedur significantly improved pulmonary ventilatory function (FVC, FEV1, PEF) and 24hPEFR in asthmatic patients. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in morning and night PEFR, symptom score, asymptomatic days and aerosol dosage between the two groups during treatment. The side effects of Volmax are far less than the Theedur and light, and no need to determine the blood concentration, more easily accepted by patients, so clinical treatment salbutamol controlled release tablets more advantages.
