阐述了现有水轮发电机空气冷却器调节方式和温度检测方式,提出了空气冷却器运行中的不足,并进行了温度控制系统的改造。提出温度控制系统以AT89C51为核心,采用DS18B20进行多点测温,采用电动调节阀控制冷却水流量。系统改造应用了DS18B20的一线式和数字信号传输的特点,提高了温度采集的抗干扰能力。同时进行了温度控制系统的仿真,表明温度控制系统理论上是可行的。
The regulation method and temperature detection method of the air cooler for the hydroelectric generator are expounded. The disadvantages of the air cooler in operation are put forward, and the temperature control system is modified. Proposed the temperature control system to AT89C51 as the core, using DS18B20 multi-point temperature measurement, the use of electric control valve to control the cooling water flow. System modification uses DS18B20 one-wire and digital signal transmission features to improve the temperature acquisition of anti-interference ability. At the same time, the simulation of the temperature control system shows that the temperature control system is theoretically feasible.
