由当前我国电力市场建设现状和电力市场交易品种本身固有的差异性入手,通过对集中竞价式交易模式和协商式双边交易模式优缺点的对比分析,推荐我国电力市场建设采用协商式的双边交易模式。论证了电力市场与节能减排之间的关系,分析了发电权交易、跨区跨省电能交易和大用户直购电交易等4种双边交易模式的节能减排效益,对推进我国电力市场双边交易和节能减排工作具有重要的现实意义。 Starting with the current situation of power market construction in our country and the inherent differences of power market transaction varieties, by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the centralized bidding transaction mode and the negotiated bilateral transaction mode, it is recommended that the consultative bilateral transaction mode .
