目的探讨金水清对IgA肾病模型的治疗作用。方法采用口服牛血清白蛋白和葡萄球菌肠毒素B感染的复合法,复制大鼠IgA肾病模型,并分别给予金水清和血尿安胶囊治疗,利用光镜、免疫组化及生物学方法对大鼠进行观察。结果金水清能减少尿红细胞、降低尿蛋白,并通过下调转化生长因子-β1(TGFβ1)的表达抑制细胞外基质的积聚,减轻肾小球和肾小管损伤,从而改善肾功能,延缓IgA肾病的进展,且疗效与治疗时间成正相关。结论金水清抑制IgA肾病模型大鼠肾组织的TGFβ1分泌作用可能是其治疗IgA肾病的作用机理之一。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jinshuaiqing on IgA nephropathy model. Methods A rat model of IgA nephropathy was induced by oral administration of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and staphylococcal enterotoxin B. The rats were treated with Jinshuaiqing and Xuehuian capsules, and the rats were treated with light microscope, immunohistochemistry and biological methods Observed. Results Jinshuifeng could reduce urinary erythrocytes, reduce urinary protein, and inhibit the accumulation of extracellular matrix by down-regulating the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGFβ1), relieve glomerular and tubular injury, thereby improving renal function and delaying IgA nephropathy Progress, and the efficacy and treatment time is positively correlated. Conclusion Jinshuaiqing inhibits TGFβ1 secretion in renal tissue of IgA nephropathy model rats may be one of the mechanisms of its treatment of IgA nephropathy.
