作者运用Watanabe 24型关节内窥镜,对16例(女9,男7)主诉为张口受限的患者进行了检查,年龄为18岁～69岁(平均40.4岁),均采用下外侧进入颞颌关节上腔,11例在局麻下进行,5例在外科手术之前全麻下施行。在内窥镜检前有8例进行了关节下腔造影,其结果与内窥镜检查诊断吻合。内窥镜检的典型病理发现如下滑膜:表面充血和毛细血管增多,提示有滑膜炎存在。盘前移位的患者,其盘上后附着显示滑膜伸长、撕裂,偶尔可见由盘脱位引起的盘穿孔。
The authors used the Watanabe 24 arthroscope to examine 16 patients (9 women, 7 men) complained of limited mouth opening and aged 18 to 69 years (mean, 40.4 years), both under the lateral entry into the temporal Upper jaw cavity, 11 under local anesthesia, and 5 under general anesthesia prior to surgery. In the endoscopic examination of 8 patients underwent inferior arthrography, the results consistent with endoscopic diagnosis. The typical pathology of endoscopy is as follows: synovium: surface congestion and increased capillaries, suggesting the presence of synovitis. Displacement in patients with disc, the disc after the attachment shows synovial elongation, tearing, and occasionally seen by disc dislocation disk perforation.
