本文运用有关美学原理和文献资料,并结合马王堆导引术的功法特点,从外在表象和内在蕴涵对健身气功·马王堆导引术的美学元素进行初步探讨。结果显示,它的美不是简单地呈现人体的自然形态,而是通过其深厚的文化内涵赋予特殊的美的特征。结论认为,健身气功·马王堆导引术是典型的健身、养生、唯美类民族传统体育项目,它集音律美、服饰美、形态美、意境美、功效美、内涵美以及自然和谐之美等为一体。通过马王堆导引术的美学元素分析,以期待吸引更多人的眼球,来促进健身气功这一民族传统体育项目的大发展、大繁荣。
In this paper, the principles of aesthetics and literature, combined with Mawangdui’s maneuver characteristics, from the external appearance and inherent implication of Health Qigong · Mawangdui guide aesthetics elements are discussed. The results show that its beauty does not simply represent the natural form of the human body, but rather imparts special beauty through its profound cultural connotation. Conclusions: Health Qigong and Mawangdui guide technique is a typical national traditional sport of fitness, health and aesthetic. It combines the beauty of temperament, the beauty of costumes, the beauty of beauty, the beauty of artistic conception, the beauty of connotation and the beauty of natural harmony As one. Through the aesthetics element analysis of Mawangdui guide technique, expecting to attract the attention of more people to promote the great development and prosperity of Health Qigong, a national traditional sports project.
