提高稚幼鳖温室养殖管理水平,是提高稚鳖成活率的关键。根据本人从事稚幼鳖温室养殖技术的实践过程,浅淡几点体会,供同行参考。1苗种放养前的准备工作1.1 室内环境消毒 放养前室内用市售畜牧用消毒药S型百毒杀与水混合1:600的浓度喷雾消毒,同时清除沟渠中心的一切污物。养殖池内铺经冲洗干净的细沙粒(直径0.6毫米)15厘米,然后每平方米用生石灰1公斤与水混合去渣泼入池中,注水50厘米浸泡至放养前5天,再冲洗干净。
