目的研究慢性肝炎(CH)及肝硬变(LC)患者强力宁对腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的影响。方法用Giusti比色法检测CH26例,LC20例患者血浆及外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的ADA活力。结果CH及LC患者血浆ADA活力(47.5±15.9及39.2±10.3mmolNH/L)明显高于正常人(27±6.7mmolNH3/L,P<0.01);PBMCADA活力(21.7±7.6及18.4±7.5mmolNH3/107cels)较正常人(29±5.7mmolNH3/107cels,P<0.01)为低。PBMCADA活力与血浆ADA活力不相关。强力宁治疗8周后,PBMCADA活力明显升高(P<0.01,与正常人接近。结论强力宁可能通过恢复PBMCADA活力而发挥其免疫调节作用
Objective To investigate the effect of Qiangli Ning on adenosine deaminase (ADA) in patients with chronic hepatitis (CH) and cirrhosis (LC). Methods ADA activity in plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of CH26 and LC20 patients was detected by Giusti colorimetry. Results The plasma ADA activities (47.5 ± 15.9 and 39.2 ± 10.3mmolNH / L) in CH and LC patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (27 ± 6.7mmolNH3 / L, P <0.01) (21.7 ± 7.6 and 18.4 ± 7.5 mmol NH3 / 107cels) were lower than those in normal subjects (29 ± 5.7 mmol NH3 / 107cels, P <0.01). PBMCADA activity was not related to plasma ADA activity. After 8 weeks of treatment with prednisolone, the viability of PBMCADA was significantly increased (P <0.01, close to that of normal subjects) .CONCLUSION: Meglitin may exert its immunomodulatory effects by restoring PBMCADA activity
