备课指的是教师在上课前准备所讲内容,而教师的独立备课虽不受其他因素的制约,且能体现教师的教学特点。但教师也需要相互合作,融合各家之长,所以就需要教师进行集体备课。集体备课能使教师之间资源共享,并能帮助教师改进教学中存在的不足之处,使教师的教学能力得到一定的提高。然而在实际教学中,集体备课还存在着一些问题,这些问题使集体备课的效率低下,且失去了教师的个人特色,这就需要教师在以后的集体备课中进行改进,使集体备课不再流于形式。
