铜的比色测定方法很多。BCO法比色测定铜,选择性较好,但灵敏度欠佳。近年来,不断有一些灵敏度较高的方法报导,如1,10-菲绕啉-萤光桃红萃取光度法(ε_(560)=5.5×10~4),3.5-diBr-PADAT法(ε_(570)=5.4×10~4)和TritonX-100-5-Br-PADAP法(ε_(550)=1.08×10~5)等,都曾用于实际试样的测定,并获良好的结果。笔者新近研制的新显色剂1-[(5-溴-2-吡啶)偶氮]-2,7-萘二酚(简称5-Br-PADN),合成简便,产率较高,性能稳定。对某些金属离子的定性试验表明,显色反应灵敏。本文系统地研究了5-Br-PADN与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在pH8.3-9.7的氨-氯化铵缓冲液中,5-Br-PADN与铜定量生成Cu∶R=1∶2的水不溶性络合物。为了避免测定时的萃取操作,我

In recent years, there have been some reports of more sensitive methods such as 1,10-phenanthroline-luciferin extraction (ε_ (560) = 5.5 × 10 ~ 4), 3.5-diBr-PADAT 570) = 5.4 × 10 ~ 4) and TritonX-100-5-Br-PADAP method (ε_ (550) = 1.08 × 10 ~ 5) have been used in the actual measurement of the samples with good results. The newly developed reagent 1 - [(5-bromo-2-pyridyl) azo] -2,7-naphthalene diphenol (referred to as 5-Br-PADN), the synthesis of simple, high yield, stable performance . Qualitative tests on some metal ions show that the color reaction is sensitive. This article systematically studied the color reaction of 5-Br-PADN with copper (Ⅱ). In ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer at pH 8.3-9.7, 5-Br-PADN is quantitatively bound with copper to form a water-insoluble complex of Cu: R = 1: 2.
