实验用的大鼠为250～300克重的Wistar雄家鼠。一共做了41个移植,受肾者的两肾切除或不切除。14只对照将肾钳夹,时间与移植缺血期相同。这些对比性实验是在重建血循环后的头六天进行,应用重氢标记的胸腺嘧啶核甙(~3H-thymidine)来测定其有丝分裂态和增生性代射。
The experimental rats were 250-300 gram Wistar male rats. A total of 41 transplants were performed and both nephrectomies and resections were performed. 14 control renal clamp, the same time and transplant ischemia. These comparative experiments were performed during the first six days after the blood circulation was reconstructed and de novo-labeled thymidine (~ 3H-thymidine) was used to determine mitotic status and proliferative progeny.
